Shinjuku Lights

A one-of-a-kind view: the colourful Shinjuku district of Tokyo is characterized by dazzling neon signs. But it’s not just the striking red colour that gives the Shinjuku Lights its name. Ingwerer, sake and soy give it a delicious Japanese flair. It’s our spicy response to the Ginza Mary – the Japanese take on a Bloody Mary.

3 cl Sake
2-3 dashes Tabasco
2 dashes Soy sauce

Garnish
Celery stick

Preparation

  • Place all the ingredients in a mixing glass.

  • Garnish with a celery stick.
