Shanghai’s cherry blossom festival takes place every year in the enchanting Gucun Park. The cherry red of this drink is as saturated as the pink of the blossoms. With lychee nectar and cranberry juice, the Shanghai Blossom will allow your taste buds to bloom. Thanks to Ingwerer, the cocktail is a spicy alternative to the Shanghai Breeze.
Preparation
- Squeeze the lime wedge into a cocktail shaker and add all the other ingredients.
- Add ice cubes and shake well.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
