When it’s springtime in Japan, people venture out into nature. The Hanami festival is celebrated beneath the cherry blossom trees as people toast to the new season while the sake flows. Maybe they’ll soon be toasting with Ingwerer? For example, with the refreshing and subtle Fuji Spring. Kanpai!
- Pour Ingwerer, sake, pear juice, lemon juice and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice cubes and shake well.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top with ginger beer.
- Garnish with a pear chip.
