Stefan Bauer, 2016 Austrian bartender of the year, is one to know what makes a good summer drink. It needs to be light, fizzy and refreshing. Stefan’s creation, the Frank, is just that. And it’s tasty, too!
Sprig of mint
- Pour the Ingwerer, gin and apple juice into a red wine glass filled with ice cubes, and top with elderflower tonic water.
- Stir gently.
- Garnish with three thin slices of apple and the sprig of mint.
