No cocktail is more legendary than the dry martini. The perfect ratio of gin and vermouth remains a heated matter of dispute. We’ve found it, though: leave out the vermouth entirely and use Ingwerer instead! Then it won’t matter if it’s shaken or stirred.
- Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice cubes and mix well.
- Then strain into a prechilled cocktail glass.
- Squeeze the lemon peel over the drink, and garnish.
