Dry Ingwerer

No cocktail is more legendary than the dry martini. The perfect ratio of gin and vermouth remains a heated matter of dispute. We’ve found it, though: leave out the vermouth entirely and use Ingwerer instead! Then it won’t matter if it’s shaken or stirred.

Ingredients

5 cl Gin

 

Garnish
Lemon peel

Preparation

  • Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice cubes and mix well.
  • Then strain into a prechilled cocktail glass.
  • Squeeze the lemon peel over the drink, and garnish.
